BAE GX 337/437 "LEVEL II" DRIVE CHAIN DIAGNOSIS

Objectifs

Know how to use the electrical diagrams of the vehicle to be able to find a breakdown
Know the location of the various elements of the BAE traction chain
Know how to intervene and secure work
Know the operation of the main electrical traction circuits
Know how to use diagnostic tools for the batteries and the traction chain
Know how to identify a breakdown on the High Voltage circuit
Know how to analyze a failure and visualize it in the diagnostic software

Preferably, have good knowledge of the generality of electric vehicles
Preferably, have followed one of the training courses ref: V600E, V601E, V602E, V603E
Preferably, have followed training ref: E602E
Preferably, have followed training ref: E652E or have certification (B1VL/B2VL/BCL/BRL)

1. Symbolization, architecture and reading of electrical diagrams

2. Details of power components and their diagnostics

Detail of the traction chain electronics. "Motor, batteries, inverter, converter....."
Charging socket or pantograph

3. Detail of the cooling circuits

4. Specific operations

Management and transfer of electrical energy between power components: battery, electric motor..
Modes: creeping mode (Creeping) or slope maintenance (Hill Holder)

5. Diagnostic tools

6. Application on vehicle

Assessment
- An entry questionnaire allows you to check the requirements
